Playing in the leaves

Saturday, Bailey helped Daddy rake up some of` the leaves. What a good helper!
Yesterday I watched MaKendree while Kyla was gone and I brought all the girls outside to play because it was so beautiful out. The leaves were the biggest hit!

Pumpkin Carving

This year our pumpkins had a theme. Let's see if you can guess what it is...

That's right! It's Cinderella and her carriage!

Prince Charming and the three Princesses

Prince Charming and his three princesses.

It was a little cold as denoted by the bright red nose.

Deep thoughts from a beautiful princess.
Liesl made all the costumes except her dress which she just spiced up.

Bailey Loves Rocco

Bailey has found a new love of dancing.  She sings along with Zoe from Seasame Street about how she loves her pet Rocco.  The song is Rocco and Roll and you'll hear Bailey singing. Feel free to shout Rocco with her as you enjoy her dancing.

Niagara Falls

We LOVE Niagara Falls! We were finally able to make it back, this time we went with Cathy and Joseph!

This is the Canadian Horse shoe falls of Niagara Falls.
Bailey couldn't fit though the bars, though she tried, so she wanted Daddy to help her over the railing.
This is a wonderful family picture of all four of us and Cathy. Kelsey is in the stroller by Cathy down the pathway.
Cathy taught Bailey how to accessorize.  Bailey loved playing with the Lloyds.
Reference the boat to Cathy's right for the following picture.
Bailey's poncho came off.  I think she would have preferred it didn't!
We love Kelsey's ears in this picture.

 We loved butterflies...
 And the sacred grove.
Joseph tried to hold Bailey's hand, but she wouldn't have it.
Kelsey loved crawling all over the Book of Mormon monument.
We were so tired from the hike up we had to sit and rest.
They grow up so fast!
One sign of a successful trip.

Kelsey's Birthday!

I don't know if any one else has been having trouble, but for about a week I haven't been able to log on so as to update our blog!!! Well finally after trying a couple times today it worked. I'm so happy because now I can tell you all about Kelsey's first birthday!

We had a lot of fun at Kelsey's birthday. The theme was Ice Cream, you can't go wrong with that...
The house was full(with the size of our house it doesn't take many people to do that!)

She had no idea what was going on when we all sang to her and tried to get her to blow out the candle.

Yummy...treats...

This was the cake for everyone else. I baked cake batter in the ice cream cones, like cupcakes.

and of course Jared didn't take my gentle warning that it wasn't a good idea to serve them like that...

I'll bet you can guess what happened(some were on the floor too!)

Kelsey was funny to watch she never dug into the cake.she just picked off the chocolate chips one by one.

This was the most damage she did to it! She's such a lady she didn't even get any on her shirt.

Well, we had fun and hope everyone else did too. Thanks for coming to the party!

   Happy Birthday Kelsey!

Raspberry Picking '11

This year we went Raspberry picking again. This time we had 3 other families with us and we got lots more berries!!! The Rollin's, Bullard's, and Clark's came with us, super lucky that the Clark's brought their camera because no one would have had pictures.

Both girls seem to be enjoying treats.

This tractor was just sitting in the middle of the row we were picking at. We couldn't keep them away from it.

this was supposed to be a "family" picture, unfortunately I didn't realize Kelsey couldn't be seen (she's in the back of the double stroller)

Picking raspberries is a lot of work! We did finally get 6 pints in all, which was great because then we were able to make all this jam...
Our camera is broken so this is a picture from my phone... still I think you get the picture.
